For cases where a virtual number fails to receive an OTP, we offer credit back to your Receive SMS balance. This allows you to:

• Try a different virtual number
• Use the credit for future services

To request a credit back, contact our support team with your transaction details within 24 hours of the failed attempt.

Please note that OTP delivery success can be affected by various factors beyond our control, including:

• Third-party platform restrictions
• Service provider policies
• Regional limitations
• Changes in verification systems

3.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
