1. Refund Request Process
1.1 How to Request a Refund
Users can request a refund by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 General Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Numbers that have received any SMS messages are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. This includes:
- Numbers rented by mistake
- Numbers with service issues
- Numbers with any form of usage
2.2 Service Issues
If you experience technical issues with a number, you must report them before the number receives any SMS messages. Once a number has received any messages, it becomes ineligible for a refund regardless of any technical issues.
2.3 Account Balance
Unused account balance may be eligible for a refund. However, any balance that has been partially used (including failed or cancelled transactions) is not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2 Documentation
When requesting a refund, please provide:
- Your account email address
- The phone number(s) in question
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment
4. Payment Method for Refunds
4.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If a refund to the original method is not possible, alternative refund options will be offered.
5. Important Notes
5.1 Remaining Balance
Refunds are not provided for any remaining account balance unless there is a proven service failure.
5.2 Third-Party Acceptance
Using virtual numbers for third-party services is subject to their terms, and refunds are not provided if those services reject virtual numbers.
