By accessing or using the website Receive-SMS.com or any of its associated services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 Key Terms

- Client – Any individual or legal entity using the Services.

- Personal Page – A secure user interface for managing Services.
- SMS Reception – The service of receiving and displaying SMS messages on a Virtual Number.
- Tariff – The pricing terms under which Services are offered.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Agreement to Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Services, the Client acknowledges full acceptance of these terms. If the Client does not agree to the terms, they must refrain from using the Services.
2.2 Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Scope of Services
3.1 Service Description
The Provider offers intermediary services for receiving SMS via virtual phone numbers.
3.2 Service Limitations
The Provider does not offer proxies, APIs.
3.3 Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that the Provider is not responsible for the content or timing of SMS messages received.
3.4 Banned Senders
For security and compliance purposes, certain SMS senders are banned from our service. Messages from these senders will not be processed or displayed. Please refer to our Banned Senders List for the complete and up-to-date list of restricted senders.
4. Registration and User Obligations
4.1 Registration Requirements
To access Services, Clients must register by providing accurate and complete information.
4.2 Account Security
The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must:
- Use a strong, unique password containing at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced account security.
- Keep login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with third parties.
- Log out from their account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify the Provider immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
Clients must not use the Services for:
- Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, or identity theft.
- Sending or receiving spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing distress to other individuals or entities.
- Sending or receiving sensitive data such as:
- Financial information (credit card details, bank accounts)
- Authentication credentials (passwords, PINs)
- Personal identification documents
- Violating intellectual property rights or other third-party rights.
- Attempting to circumvent the Service's technical limitations or security measures.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Service Pricing
All payments must be made in advance. The accepted payment methods are displayed on the Site.
5.2 Pricing Information
The cost of Services is listed on the Site and may vary based on the scope of services and applicable discounts.
5.3 Refund Policy
The Provider's refund policy includes the following terms:
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 3 days of purchase.
- Numbers that have received any SMS messages are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- Service issues must be reported with detailed explanations, and we will attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
- Refunds are only available for unused numbers or account balances.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance
6.1 Service Uptime
The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted Service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
6.2 Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance may occur, and Clients will be notified in advance when possible.
6.3 Unforeseen Disruptions
The Provider is not liable for Service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as network failures or third-party disruptions.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Responsible Use
Clients shall:
- Use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
- Not misuse the Services for unauthorized purposes.
- Refrain from attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Site or Services.
7.2 Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify the Provider for any losses or legal claims arising from misuse of the Services.
8. Provider Rights
8.1 Right to Modify Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.
8.2 Right to Suspend or Terminate Services
The Provider reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services if the Client violates these terms.
8.3 Right to Retain Data
The Provider reserves the right to retain and analyze anonymized data for improving Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. The Provider is not liable for:
- Indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Loss or corruption of data
- Damage to reputation or goodwill
- Consequential losses from service interruptions
- SMS delivery failures caused by mobile operators or third parties
- Service interruptions due to technical maintenance or network issues
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Data Collection
The Provider collects only the data necessary for providing Services, including email addresses and usage data.
10.2 Data Protection
Client data is protected through multiple security measures:
- All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols
- SMS inboxes are secured with end-to-end encryption
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Secure data storage with regular backups
- Access controls and monitoring systems
Client data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Claim Submission
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Montana, USA.
11.2 Resolution Process
To initiate a claim:

- Include relevant evidence and documentation
- Allow up to 5 business days for initial response
- Participate in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute
12. Termination
12.1 Client Termination
The Client may terminate their use of the Services at any time by ceasing use and/or deleting their account.
12.2 Provider Termination
The Provider may suspend or terminate Services if the Client violates these terms. In such cases:
- The Client will receive written notice of the violation
- A 48-hour grace period may be provided to resolve minor violations
- Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
- No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations
